Our aim to admit students who will thrive in our environment. We wish to provide the right support for them to excel and explore their talents.
Admission Policy:
We admit students who can excel with the Zia Public High School curriculum; especially those who will enjoy the opportunities to develop themselves academically, physically, and socially.
Our admissions run throughout the year with no application deadlines. However, we encourage you to apply as early as possible to secure a place for your child.
What is the Admission Process?
The admission process at Zia Public High School is simple and transparent. It works on the belief that personal interaction between parents / authorized guardians, the prospective student, and the school’s authorized representatives is of far greater value than any conventional admission test.
How long admission process:
A completed application takes about 1 working day, inclusive of the application fee and academic reports. However, an applicant with additional learning needs will- might take longer. Admissions are granted on a first come first served basis till seats are available.
The application process is detailed below in an easy step-by-step guide:
Step 1:
Please make an appointment at our admission office of Zia Public High School before coming to the school to submit your application form. Hard copy application forms are available in our prospectus.
Step 2:
An admission interview with the relevant head of school will be conducted upon completion of the assessment. During the interview, parents or legal guardians are required to be present. Fill in the Application Form and other required forms and submit along with the required document stated below
Step 3:
The possible outcomes are:
Applicants will receive an offer letter from the school. Confirmation of the child’s placement, payment of the admission fee, and any other fees payable is required by the parents/ guardian. Once the admission process is initiated, the school will schedule meetings with the designated evaluating teacher/ Head of Section to help us understand the child’s grade readiness.
Due to unavailable places, successful applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
We will contact you to let you know the reasons and suggest other options where appropriate. An option of having a reassessment later will be given.
